As they spend their time between the office and off-site locations, employees are<br>constantly moving in and out of the corporate network. They regularly use poor security when working outside the office, such as using company laptops on public networks, where they may be exposed to viruses, which they then bring back into the corporate network when they return to the office and log back in.</p><p>? Employers share their network connections with their family and children, who were all at home 24 hours a day, seven days a week.</p><p>Companies have set a very robust network security mechanism in place to avoid<br>cyberattacks. This again causes security issues which is because of the hybrid working model.</p><h3 id="cyber-attacks">Cyber Attacks</h3><p>IT companies were compelled to provide safe access to an ever-increasing number of distant users, give uniform and predictable experiences when using business applications, and maintain the security of every transaction.<br>Some businesses adjusted well to the changes, while others did not. One reason is that the baddies are adaptable: they started targeting new distant users with Covid-related assaults, posing as financial organizations giving customers Covid relief money and health-care providers providing medical data. In addition, phishing assaults doubled in 2020, while ransomware attacks have also been increased.<br>Cyber attackers were already causing trouble, now these workspace fluctuations have made their work is easy and the organizations are in trouble now. </p><p><strong>Patching up the voids in cyber security </strong></p><p>Through all of the upheaval, it has become clear that organizations need flexible networks, and workers require the ability to access required apps at any time, from any location, on any device, whether self-managed or through a managed services model.
